Developing a business plan Come to a decision How we do it

Taking Stock of the Situation

Let's Meet

You're thinking of building a farming enterprise. That means putting together an all-inclusive system of interacting components. While you basically know what you want, you don't feel personally equipped to judge its feasibility. You'd also like a professional opinion regarding the necessary elements and required stages for a successful operation.

Presenting the Project Concept and Proposal

If you explain your needs to M.A.D. professionals, they will analyze your long-term goals, financial capabilities and local conditions. The team will then put together an initial project proposal, outlining your farm's objectives and requirements, its location, design and potential production output.

The proposal will also contain a tentative timetable for each implementation stage and its duration.

Upon your request we'll map out the right project location and conduct all the necessary field tests.

Using an engineering plan, M.A.D. will analyze your site's suitability, based on the ability to build a proper infrastructure of electricity, gas and water supply, water collection and roads. Afterwards, M.A.D. professionals will go out into the field to determine your market potential, its demands, climate and the costs involved. They will also study the competition in order to determine your advantages.

Final Business Plan & Feasibility Study

Field-testing is a prerequisite for developing a comprehensive business plan and feasibility study. Once all the necessary information is accumulated, it is compiled into a thorough and logical business plan outlining every facet of your project, including the probability of its success, an exact cost accounting and risk analysis. The business plan - which can run from 120 to 150 pages - contains a breakdown of the geographic location (including accessibility to highways, proximity to major markets and ecological conditions), photo illustrations of the potential farm layout, infrastructure requirements, engineering plans, equipment description, charts, diagrams and financial tables, as well as market production indices, comparison with competition and so on.
